Hey everyone!!

It's been a while!! Lots of exciting things are happening and I finally posted some new pics from the past few months.

In December the Losers opened for The Salt Miners as the played their farewell show at The Magic Stick in Detroit, Mi. We'll miss them!! That same weekend The Losers also recorded 3 songs that will go on the 7" vinyl record we are releasing in February!!

Speaking of February The Most Beautiful Losers are embarking on a mini tour starting on Feb. 14th with an appearance on the Razor and Di show in Chicago. Then it's off to Mt. Pleasant, MI to play with Full Frontal Loodity and our superfriends Robots on Crack. The next night it's back in Chicago to play with the awesome Regrets and then Sunday night Feb. 17th we make our way back to lovely Canton, Ohio for the Losers record release at Sadie Rene's. Our friends Cowboy Messiah from Detroit will be there as well as Pipeline from Canton.

March 14th we are having another Midwest Superfriends Records showcase which should be very exciting. We have a great line up: The Most Beautiful Losers, Cowboy Messiah, The Deviants and 52 DB's so come on out and support local music!! Also we are celebrating me and Brad's birthdays so come party with us!!

Some of the pics I posted are from the final Salt Miners show they came out really dark which sucks because it was a great show at a great venue in Detroit!!
Also on there is New Years Eve at the Old Miami in Detroit...sorry to the rest of the bands, but embarrassingly I was too wasted and forgot to take pics so I only got pictures of the Losers and some candids of all our awesome Detroit buddies!! I'll do better next time I promise!!
I do wanna thank Andy from Cowboy Messiah for filling in on drums that night!! You did a fantastic job!!

Chris Bentley also played a solo show in early January at the Loop w/ special guest Tim Pak. Joe's girlfriend Kerry also sang on the some songs with him. It was a great night!!

So lots went on and lots is going on I hope to see some of you out at the upcoming shows!!

Much to the surprise of some and indifference of others, The Regrets are alive, well, and kick drumming once again. The three original Regrets (Kris, Mike, and Dave) parted ways with Nick in late August and went on to play with a variety of drummers to honor previous commitments.
After some jamming and reflection, we made an offer to our new timekeeper Heather Van Halen (actual surname is irrelevant). She enthusiastically accepted and we're on our way to becoming a productive, functioning musical unit again. Heather is a seasoned vet behind the kit and is fitting in great.
In the near future, we're hoping to write some new songs, tackle a mini rock opera cover tune, and start booking some gigs again. More to come on these topics...
For Halloween, we went with some Spinal Tap covers during a gig with our Superfriends, The Emerald Lizards. An interesting situation occurred during "Big Bottom." Perhaps Chip or Jason of The Lizards have pictures. Check it out with them.
Anyway, Ma and Pa, camp's been great. We made wallets and tomorrow we're headed down to the ole' fishin' hole. The cookies tasted a little like the US Postal service, but thanks anyway. We're looking forward to seeing everyone again and raising a frosty High Life.

We are thrilled to announce that ROBOTS ON CRACK will be entering the WOODSHED Recording Studio in Detroit Michigan in early December to begin recording their debut album. The album will be engineered by Tim Pak and co-produced by Chris Bentley(The Most Beautiful Losers). We are keeping our fingers crossed for a Spring/early Summer 2008 release date on your favorite label... MIDWEST SUPERFRIENDS!!! More news TBA.
